Several HDFC Bank customers reported being unable to withdraw money using the bank's ATMs, while its net-banking and UPI services were also reported to be down. The bank responded, stating that there has been an outage at one of its data centres which has hit certain services. The cause for the outage, whether internal or external, has not been revealed.
