Hindustan Zinc Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sandeep Modi put his papers down on Monday "to pursue opportunities outside the [Vedanta] group", as per the exchange filing. His resignation will come into effect on May 30. With over 20 years of experience, Modi was appointed CFO in April 2023 after serving as interim CFO and the Deputy CFO from 2021 onwards.
