Facebook Co-founder Mark Zuckerberg has said that if he had to start a new company today, he wouldn't start it in Silicon Valley. "I moved there when I started Facebook...to find capital and resources...I was 19, I didn't know much about starting a company," Zuckerberg said. He added that social media can now be used to reach out to people.
