Technology giant IBM is working on 'Smart Mirror' technology, which it intends to launch in offline retail stores, starting with Vero Moda. The mirror will reportedly help customers understand which features of the product suit them and could recommend changes. "The plan is to convert more footfalls into actual sales at these stores," IBM's Kamal Singhani said.
