Instagram has rolled out a 'Create' mode for Stories that will turn 'Throwback Thursday' into an official feature. Users can now create their own 'On This Day' Stories that will allow them to re-share old content posted on the same date in previous years. It will also let users create and share polls, countdowns, questions and add GIFs.
