Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari termed the 27-year-old Noida techie Yuvraj Mehta's death as an "unfortunate incident". He said, "This incident is truly unfortunate. I can understand it because I've also been a victim of a road accident. My leg was broken in four places...I feel ashamed." Mehta died after his car plunged into a water-filled drain in Noida.
