Lawyers' association writes to CJI alleging special listing of Noida DM's petition

The Lawyers Association for Constitution (LAFC) has written a letter to the CJI expressing concerns over the alleged special listing of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida) DM Medha Roopam’s petition in student activist's NSA case. The LAFC said special treatment sets a wrong precedent. Medha had appealed against the recovery of the ₹5 lakh compensation from her and other officials' salaries.
