Man who asked 2-yr-old to perform oral sex granted bail over delay in filing FIR

Delhi High Court has granted bail to a rape accused after observing that there was a delay of eight hours in filing FIR. The victim in the case is a girl aged over two. According to the case registered at a South Delhi police station last year, the complainant allegedly heard the accused "insisting the victim to perform oral sex".
