Mumbai property registrations up 9% to 12,690 units in Oct: Report

Mumbai recorded 12,690 property registrations in October 2026, a 9% year-on-year rise, despite the Shraddh period and fewer Navratri registration days, as per Knight Frank India. Stamp duty collections rose 13% to ₹1,173 crore. The city has maintained monthly registrations above 12,000 units for nine consecutive months, signalling sustained homebuyer demand.
