Elon Musk's tunnel construction startup, the Boring Company, is in talks to raise about $4 billion in fresh funding, the Wall Street Journal reported. The fundraising could value the company at around $20 billion. The company develops tunnelling technology and underground transport systems designed to move passenger pods between cities.
