After 17 Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) leaders rejoined Congress on Friday, DPAP Chairman Ghulam Nabi Azad said that it is not a setback for his party. "All three (Tara Chand, Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed and Thakur Balwan Singh) of them have no constituency...I will not say anything against them as they have been my old colleagues," Azad said.
