South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said he didn't believe Chinese investments in Africa were pushing Africa into a "debt trap", adding that it could result in a mutually beneficial relationship. He said South Africa could learn from China in reforming its energy sector. His remarks came as China pledged to provide funding of $51 billion towards infrastructure projects in Africa.
