Israel claimed it killed senior Hamas official Izz al-Din Kassab in an airstrike in Khan Younis, describing him as one of the last high-ranking coordinators in Gaza. Hamas confirmed Kassab's death along with Ayman Ayesh in an Israeli attack on their car. Recently, Israel launched airstrike on Gaza killing at least 68 people and also bombed Beirut's southern suburbs.
