Only 5 out of 15 proposed MSME technology centres (TCs) have been completed in the last seven years, government data showed. The TCs were proposed under the Technology Centre Systems Programme (TCSP) and were due to be completed by 2020-21. Work at five TCs at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), Pudi (Andhra Pradesh), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Rohtak (Haryana) and Puducherry was completed.
