Alex Karp, CEO of defence tech firm Palantir Technologies, said there are "two ways to know" one has a future in the AI era. "One, you've some vocational training. Or two, you're neurodivergent," he stated. He added that people need to be "more of an artist, look at things from a different direction and be able to build something unique".
