OYO's parent firm Prism has confidentially filed draft papers with the SEBI to raise around ₹6,650 crore through a fresh issue of shares in an initial public offering, as per multiple reports. The IPO will reportedly value the company at $7-8 billion. Prism first initiated the IPO process in 2021, but later withdrew the plans due to market volatility.
