Pam Kaur named HSBC's 1st female CFO in 159-year history

HSBC has elevated Pam Kaur to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), making her the first female finance chief in its 159-year history. Kaur, who will assume the post on January 1, is currently serving as HSBC's Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. Her remuneration will include £803,000 annual base salary, £1,085,000 fixed pay allowance and £80,300 pension allowance.
