Paras Healthcare, which operates hospitals under the 'Paras Health' brand, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI to raise up to ₹1,800 crore through an IPO. It includes a fresh issue of up to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹1,300 crore by the selling shareholder. The firm has a network of eight hospitals.
