Patel Engineering Q4 profit jumps 118%, Vijay Kedia holds stake
Patel Engineering reported Q4FY26 revenue of ₹1,421 crore, while profit attributable to owners surged 118% YoY to ₹71 crore. FY26 revenue stood at ₹5,103 crore. The company’s debt-equity ratio improved to 0.27 from 0.43 last year. Ace investor Vijay Kedia held 1.01% stake in Patel Engineering as of March 2026.
