Paytm to open India's biggest ever IPO on November 8, will raise ₹18,300 crore

Paytm's parent company One97 Communications will open its IPO for subscription from November 8-10 to raise ₹18,300 crore. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹8,300 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹10,000 crore by existing shareholders. Founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma will sell shares worth ₹402.65 crore. Paytm's IPO will be India's biggest ever public issue.
