A post by a former Twitter employee made anonymously on workplace app Blind has gone viral. The employee was laid off from Twitter in early November with three months of severance pay, but was called back shortly for being "critical talent". "Last night, I was abruptly fired without any reason and was offered 4 weeks' severance," they said on Thursday.
