Reliance Power has restructured four subsidiaries to support AI-driven initiatives, renaming them to focus on artificial intelligence, power and data centre opportunities. The company plans to use AI to improve plant efficiency and reduce operating costs across its 5,305 MW portfolio. The move comes despite reporting a consolidated net loss of ₹337 crore in FY26.
