Prabha Narasimhan to step down as Colgate India MD & CEO

Colgate-Palmolive India MD & CEO Prabha Narasimhan will step down on September 27, 2026, to become Executive Vice President-Marketing for the company's Asia Pacific division. Manish Anandani, a former Colgate-Palmolive executive with over a decade at the company, will succeed her as MD & CEO for five years. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
