Twenty two-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal has announced his retirement from tennis at the age of 38. Nadal will make his final appearance for Spain at November's Davis Cup Finals in Malaga. "The reality is that it has been some difficult years, the last two especially," Nadal said in a video while referring to his injuries.
