Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been detained from the protest site near Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence in New Delhi. Several Congress MPs and activists have also been detained. Rahul had earlier rejected outreach by Union Minister Jitendra Singh and urged people to join the dharna in front of the Prime Minister's residence.
