BJP has appointed Ravi Raja as the Vice President of its Mumbai branch. This comes hours after he resigned from Congress. In his resignation letter to Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge, Raja wrote, "Today, I am made to believe that my 44 years of service for the Congress Party is not respected and hence I take this decision."
