The inheritance dispute between the heirs of Delfin Sarl, which owns Ray-Ban and Varilux-parent EssilorLuxottica, has taken a new turn as Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio tries to buy out his siblings' stake. Leonardo publicly accused Delfin's board of failing to explain its shifting position on his €10 billion (₹1.08 lakh crore) buyout. The plan would make Leonardo Delfin's largest shareholder.
