Chinese startup EngineAI organised Ultimate Robot Knock-out Legend, an inaugural freestyle combat tournament for its full-sized humanoid robots. During a match between 'White Eagle' and 'Matador', the former landed a precise high kick on the latter, snapping its head right off. Matador was then seen continuing to fight with its torso and throwing punches, even with a snapped-off head.
