SC orders normal functioning of metro & train services in Delhi, lifts internet curbs

Supreme Court directed Delhi authorities to ensure normal functioning of metro and railway services unless regulations are necessary in a public order situation under Article 19(2) of the Constitution. It also ordered that internet services shall remain undisturbed. "Smooth movement of people in the city shall not be hindered," court said on DMRC shutting 45 metro stations during CJP protest.
