SEBI fines Reliance Securities ₹7 lakh for reporting wrong details

SEBI imposed ₹7-lakh penalty on Reliance Securities for failing to comply with established stock brokers’ regulations. SEBI announced that the firm has been directed to pay the fine within 45 days of the order. SEBI's investigation in RSL revealed several instances of non-compliance, reporting of incorrect details in daily margin statements sent to clients and wrongly reported ledger balance.

Voltmer captured the picture during daytime when the planet close to the Sun. Earthquake tremors were felt in parts of north India including Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir as 5.8-magnitude earthquake hit Pakistan on Saturday. The earthquake occurred at around 1 pm. The epicentre of the earthquake was located 60 kilometres northwest of Rawalpindi. As per initial reports, no damage or casualties were reported.

It said in case of delays, "appropriate reasons would've to be recorded and conveyed" to concerned states.
