Swiggy Instamart, Amazon warehouse shut after rats, cockroaches found

The FDA suspended the licence of a Swiggy Instamart dark store in Mumbai after finding rats, cockroaches and flies, along with gnawed rice bags and poor refrigeration hygiene. An Amazon warehouse was also shut down over sanitation and drainage violations, including stagnant wastewater and grease. Officials also flagged poor food segregation, inadequate protective wear and missing medical records.
