Those assaulting doctors don't deserve to roam free: SC

The Supreme Court said people assaulting doctors and other medical personnel "don't deserve to roam freely on the streets even for a minute". SC made the observation while hearing a plea by Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Sukrya Mhatre against bail conditions imposed on him by Bombay High Court. "A message needs to go...to everyone as a deterrent," SC added.
