UPI saw people spending ₹1 lakh crore every day in Oct for the 1st time ever

UPI's average daily transaction value crossed ₹1 lakh crore for the first time in October. The total value of transactions during the month reached a record ₹31.53 lakh crore, partly driven by higher spending during the festive season. UPI processed 25.47 billion transactions in October, averaging 822 million transactions a day.
