Congress criticised RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale's suggestion that India should be ready to engage in dialogue with Pakistan. "Just imagine how bhakt brigade, including...TV channels, would have frothed, fumed, and fulminated if [Congress said the same thing]," Jairam Ramesh said. "It appears that the recent US trip of Shri Hosabale...has impacted him as well as the RSS," he added.
