US warns of mass casualty terror threat at museum in Russia's capital

US Embassy in Moscow warned of a possible terror attack at a palace museum in the Russian capital. "[We are] aware of a credible threat of a mass casualty event TODAY October 31, at the Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve in Moscow," the embassy said. It warned US citizens to avoid the location, stay alert, and avoid crowds.
