The Varanasi police has registered an FIR against unknown miscreants after a video claiming to show "ghost" walking on rooftops in VDA Colony located in the Badi Gabi area went viral on social media. "There is fear among the people. We have intensified patrolling in the area," an official at Bhelupur police station said.
