Walmart has announced its plans to acquire Israel-based virtual fitting room startup Zeekit. The startup allows consumers to virtually "try on" clothing when shopping online. As part of the deal, Zeekit's Founders, Yael Vizel, Alon Kristal and Nir Appleboim, will join Walmart and Walmart will halt Zeekit's work with other apparel retailers, a representative said.
