It was followed by CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke's return from US for on-ground movement. The protest gained momentum after Sonam Wangchuk's hunger strike. CJP's Parliament march and police action led to protests across India. This eventually led to Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation.
