JMM leader Binod Kisku was caught on camera threatening students who are protesting against alleged irregularities in the state’s recruitment examinations. “If anyone burns CM [Hemant Soren’s] effigy in Ramgarh district, we'll beat them mercilessly,” Kisku added. Earlier, a scuffle broke out between protesters and police after the former tried to burn effigies of Soren and Congress' Rahul Gandhi.
