YouTube removes Adele, Dylan's songs in US amid license dispute

YouTube and YouTube Music have removed numerous songs by Adele, Bob Dylan and others in US due to a licensing dispute with performance rights organisation SESAC. The dispute is related to the expiry of YouTube's music license agreement with SESAC. "Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we were unable to reach an equitable agreement before its expiration," YouTube spokesperson told 9to5Google.
