Karan Johar and Adar Poonawalla-led Dharma Productions has acquired Cornerstone's stake in Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA) and relaunched it as Dharma Collab Artists Agency. Taking to Instagram, Karan confirmed parting ways with celebrity manager Bunty Sajdeh, whose Cornerstone had 45% stake in DCA. This is a major restructuring move after Poonawalla acquired 50% stake in Dharma for ₹1,000 crore.

Priya Sachdev has objected to forensic examination of her late husband Sunjay Kapur's will, in a Delhi High Court submission on December 16.
