1,982 civilians killed, 2,600 injured in Ukraine war: UN

Saturday, 16 April, 2022 The UN has recorded the killing of 1,982 civilians since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but warned the "actual figures are much higher". Of the 1,982 civilians killed between February 24 and April 14, 162 were children, the Office of UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) said. Over 2,650 civilians have also been injured in war.
