Salesforce has laid off employees for the third time in nine months, with the latest cuts affecting teams linked to its Agentforce AI product, Business Insider reported. The layoffs come after Agentforce’s annual recurring revenue reportedly crossed $1.2 billion. Salesforce, which had over 80,000 employees in January, earlier cut roles in September 2025 and February 2026.
