Rajnath Singh to inaugurate HAL's 2nd Shakti engine line in Odisha

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will inaugurate a second Shakti engine production line at HAL's Koraput facility, raising annual capacity from 80 to 180 engines. The ₹218 crore investment supports indigenous helicopters Dhruv and Prachand. HAL's Koraput division will also deliver its 2,000th AL-31FP engine powering the Sukhoi-30MKI.
