Ola Electric rights issue draws bids for 2.39 crore entitlements

Motilal Oswal Financial Services and Calliope Capital Advisors have applied for 2.39 crore rights entitlements in Ola Electric Mobility's ₹1,000 crore rights issue, which opened on Thursday. The company is offering partly paid-up shares at ₹27 apiece, with the issue closing on October 30. The applications cover entitlements transferred by promoter-linked entities ANI Technologies and Indus Trust.
