UP raises employees' DA to 63%, effective July 1

The Uttar Pradesh government has hiked Dearness Allowance for state employees to 63%, effective July 1, 2026. The revised DA will be paid with November salaries, ahead of Diwali. Arrears for July–October will be credited to provident fund accounts. Beneficiaries include employees of aided educational institutions, technical institutes, and urban local bodies.
