Meta saw a slight decline in number of users on a quarter-over-quarter basis in Q1 2026. Meta attributed the decline to internet disruptions in Iran triggered by war and restrictions on WhatsApp in Russia. The tech giant's revenue was $56.31 billion, rise of 33% year-over-year. It has raised 2026 capital expenditure forecast to up to $145 billion over AI spending.
