After Anthropic CEO, rivals Altman & Musk agree they need to slow down AI development

After Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei called for a slowdown in the race of AI development, his rivals OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and xAI CEO Elon Musk supported his initiative. "Committing to having independent evaluators with employee-like access is a great idea, and we will do the same," wrote Altman, while Musk wrote, "Dario is right."
