A huge crowd gathered at Vidya Pratishthan ground in Baramati to pay final respects to Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, who died in a plane crash on Wednesday. Reports said Pawar’s mortal remains will be kept for public ‘darshan’ at Vidya Pratishthan before the funeral at 11 am on Thursday. The Maharashtra government has declared a three-day national mourning.
