₹1.38 crore expired, mislabelled food seized from Amazon, Instamart stores in B'luru

Karnataka food safety officials seized expired and mislabelled food products worth ₹1.38 crore. Raids covered Amazon facilities in Devanahalli and Anekal, a Swiggy Instamart facility in Hoskote and other outlets. Officials also seized ₹4.02 lakh worth of medicines stored without licences. The Instamart facility was closed after unhygienic conditions and food-safety violations were found.
